VBMA Expands Free Admission Days
Vero Beach Museum of Art has expanded its free admission days to include Grandparents’ Day, Mother’s Day, and Father’s Day. The Museum is open from 1-4 p.m. on each of these Sundays, and entry is free for all ages.
A New Building for VBMA’s Future
On August 12, 2025, City of Vero Beach Councilmembers enthusiastically and unanimously approved a new lease with the Vero Beach Museum of Art, extending its premises to accommodate the Museum’s new purpose-built, weather-resilient facility that will be thoughtfully integrated with its surroundings in Riverside Park.

Art lovers, artists, and environmentalists of all ages should mark their calendars for Saturday, September 13, a free admission day at the Vero Beach Museum of Art, rich with opportunities to meet A Tangled Plot artists Annie Blazejack and Geddes Levenson, learn about the Living Lagoon and the Florida ecosystem—critical inspirations for the artists, make art in the studios and sketch in the galleries, and experience the Vero Beach premiere of Picasso and the Progressive Proof: Linocut Prints from a Private Collection.

VBMA Announces New Directors, Elects Richard D. Segal Board Chair
At the annual meeting of its Board of Trustees, the Vero Beach Museum of Art welcomed two new trustees and unanimously elected Richard D. Segal as Chair of the Board.
VBMA Promotes Two to Key Leadership Roles
VBMA is pleased to announce the appointment of Suzanne Seldes as its new Deputy Director, one of two strategic leadership moves aimed at strengthening Museum operations and expanding its community impact. Senior Management Team member Sara Klein, who has also taken on additional responsibilities, was named Director of Education and Visitor Experience.
